Human-led marketing for recruiters who don't want to figure it out alone.
ORA is a human-led marketing agency built exclusively for recruiters, staffing agencies and executive search firms.
We help recruiters become the recruiter their market trusts before they need them through thoughtful strategy, LinkedIn positioning, content and market visibility.
A decade of turning expertise into trust.
ORA is led by CEO, Alexis Albright Meschi, a brand strategist who has spent the last decade helping entrepreneurs turn their expertise into personal brands that grow their businesses.
Ten years ago, in 2016, Alexis saw the market shifting. It was no longer enough for business owners to simply explain what they offered. They needed visibility, trust, and a clear point of view. They needed to become known for how they thought, not just what they sold.
Four years ago, in 2022, Alexis narrowed that work specifically to recruiters, executive search firms, search firm founders, and staffing agencies so ORA could go deeper into one industry and build marketing that fits the way recruiters sell, build trust, and win business.
Alexis comes from a family of business owners who believed deeply in one-on-one relationships. Her great-grandfather practiced dentistry until he was 90, with his office built into his home. Her father later built his own dental practice around the same belief: people want to feel known, supported, and cared for by the person they trust.
That belief is built into ORA.
But we do not remove the human element.
Every ORA brand starts with a real conversation, a real strategy, and a real team behind the work. That is what separates human-led marketing for recruiters from AI-generated content at scale.

Everything you need to know about ORA Marketing.
Alexis Meschi is the founder and CEO of ORA, a marketing agency for recruiters. She has spent the last decade as a brand strategist helping entrepreneurs turn their expertise into personal brands, and since 2022 has worked exclusively with recruiters, search firm founders, staffing agencies, and executive search firms.
Four things separate a strong LinkedIn marketing agency from a content mill. First, industry specificity β does the team understand how recruiters sell, or do they have to learn it on your dime? Second, whether the content originates from you or from a prompt; market trust cannot be outsourced to a template. Third, whether the offer includes network growth, not just posting β content in front of the wrong audience is a hobby. Fourth, whether there is a real strategist in the room each month, or just a questionnaire or dashboard. ORA was built around all four.
Yes. ORA works with independent recruiters, search firm founders, staffing agencies, and executive search firms. The strategy shifts with the model β agency and search-firm work usually leans harder on team visibility and multi-voice content, while solo recruiters build around a single personal brand.
